I lost Java on my iPhone and asked…

I lost Java on my iPhone and asked Apple Kingston on Thames to restore it. They said it should be sent away to restore factory settings but that I could lose data and the cost would be high . So, I took it to the tech dept at nearby John Lewis and the guy restored Java in 30 seconds. No charge. An Apple scam or what.

    Apple doesn’t care.

When Bluetooth wouldn’t connect, they suggested get a new car. When over the air y updates don’t work, they suggest driving to the Apple Store to update. I’m not exaggerating. Apple Support is horrible.

The Worst Experience with Apple – Move to iOS is a Joke!

I recently bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max, thinking I was upgrading to a premium experience. Biggest mistake ever. Apple recommends using their Move to iOS app to transfer data from Android, including WhatsApp. Sounds simple, right? Wrong. I followed Apple’s instructions to the letter and attempted to transfer my WhatsApp data. It didn’t work. Not once, not twice, but five to six times! Each time, I had to reset my iPhone, charge both phones, waste hours of my time, and deal with endless frustration. Apple, in all its so-called innovation, doesn’t offer a simple cable transfer option—which is the most reliable way! Instead, they push this buggy, useless Move to iOS app that FAILED ME COMPLETELY. It’s absurd that a trillion-dollar company can’t get something so basic right! At this point, I’ve lost patience, wasted my energy, and honestly regret switching to iPhone. If you’re an Android user thinking about moving to Apple, think twice. Their “seamless transfer” is a joke, and they clearly don’t care about the user experience. Shame on Apple for this pathetic system. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Pathetically out of touch tech company…

Pathetically out of touch tech company which can only come up what would have been innovative (if not incredibly obvious) 5 years late. Latest iPhone iOS is the least user friendly interface I’ve ever used. Of course they will do nothing about this, until they release a new update which will remove any good aspect of the UI and replace it with something unbearable.
