customer support is so poor
customer support is so poor! Tried to enroll an online class, the online payment failed again and again after tried different credit card and debt cards. also tried to call customer service several times, no one picked up the calls, always asked me to leave a voice service. Also sent multiple emails to the tech support, the tech support sent many useless emails to me, saying my payment info is not right. I used exact the same address and card i used last time, even my bank said nothing is wrong with my card. Useless support, wasted my whole day on this! No one care pick up the call or go to the bottom of the issue! what a horrible customer service!
