AVOID AT ALL COSTS- NO WARRANTY
SCAM-AVOID. Bought pc in 2023, which went faulty and should still be under warranty. Been advised to sort it myself through parts manufacturers as they changed the owner of the company and they don't have any sales records of 2023.. At the end of it- just ignored me on live chat and not answering my email.. That's £1400+ down the drain

Unbelievable really. The infamous 5090 came into stock. Other retailers I had purchased with took money out of my account and said that the order was successful. Came to find out a day later that the item was out of stock. Not with BOX. Order processed, then completed and delivered the next working day. That’s what I call proper proper service. Thank you so much for helping me complete my build and ending the search for the astral 5090!
