Indian - Computer Emergency Response Team

The Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) is the national nodal agency for responding to computer security incidents as and when they occur. CERT-In was established by the Government of India in 2004 under the Information Technology Act, 2000. It operates under the aegis of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. CERT-In's mission is to enhance the security of India's Communications and Information Infrastructure through proactive action and effective collaboration.
