The service was great! The support team responded very quickly; I had the first answer on my screen within five minutes. Communication was very friendly and respectful from the very beginning. The team had to create a special configuration for me, which took some time. However, I was always kept informed and always knew the status of things. That's support the way I like it! If it were possible here, I would award seven out of five possible points, DO and his team deserve it!
