    Poor quality of service, bad timelines, and not-so-gross clothes. It saves the review.

    They do not go above and beyond to help customers.

    After placing an order, I received a message offering me a 20% discount on the items in my cart, so I made the mistake of thinking I had not finished placing the order. I placed it again and turns out, I had placed the first one. When called Corporate offices after going to the store and not being helped, they also said no returns or exchanges.

    Bought dress online no good and now want to return it. Been charged £15 return charge Dress was £11. No chat facility and not able to download app in UK only way is to call states at great cost to me. If buying from UK I’d suggest to think twice. Company needs to get to grips with international sales or just don’t bother.

    Waardeloos bedrijf, ziet er uit alsof ze in Europa zitten met hun gratis verzenden boven de 100 euro. Maar als je iets gaat retourneren dan betaal je 25 euro retourkosten. Dus voor meer dan 100 euro besteld en dan weet je, niet alles zit goed, dus 25 euro poef weg.

    Order a pair of cargo jeans online went and picked them up. They end up being too big unable to return or exchange. Customer service was rude so I went up to the store in Northshore with my granddaughter to try on the jeans found a 29 which fit her Went to pay. They wanted to charge $35 instead of the 23 that I just paid for another pair of same Jeans that they wouldn’t exchange .They said I had to order them online to get that price so I went and order online. They said they wouldn’t be in for four hours was unable to pick until next day even though they were sitting right there .So I complain went home found the order was canceled twice and they told me they didn’t have the pants When I was just there. There is no customer service employees are just young kids and because it’s liquidating they don’t care about the customers cause they’re losing their jobs. When call customer service on the phone they don’t do anything either. Would never shop here again it’s a rip off and horrible customer service.

    the cheapest products that don’t compare to Walmart brands. Bad fits. Only thing worth it are the tees but only on sale. For men do not shop here unless you are the same size all around and big and just need it for a home wear, or a quick cheap outfit

    Horrible customer service. I spent 20 minutes via chat online confirming my name and address with Tamal. Most of that time was me waiting for them to respond. They, also, could not seem to comprehend a very simple question that required a yes or no. They received a return that included 3 items, and they only refunded 2 items and will be refunding the 3rd piece separately. I find that very odd. I, also, had another mail in return recently where they said they couldn’t return 2 items due to “being worn, no tags, or not having original packaging”. It was a general reason. Everything I returned was unworn, tags in tact, and original clear packaging with barcode/label. Took forever on a phone call and they submitted a request with the warehouse to review my returned items again, in which they ended up reviewing and refunding the additional 2 items. What is going on with this company??? I am officially never buying from them again online, ever.

    I placed 4…yes FOUR back to back orders and all 4 orders failed. My credit card was still charged but later the charges were dropped! Mind you I have 4 different order numbers…!!! All items were only avail online / app so I couldn’t go to the store to reorder. No gifts for my family. Also, I wasn’t notified of these orders failing. I found out by calling customer support when I couldn’t locate shipping / tracking information. Ofcourse I’m pissed and they can’t reorder my items over the phone! What a waste

    if i could give a zero i would. ordered hoodi jacket child got 1 unit wanted pants to go since photo shows jacket with pants. called cust. service women gave me order number for pants did not get pants got another jacket. discusted wanted to send back both jacket got no pants. gave me 50% sale price credit + 5.99 cost for mailing. in other words a $29.00 item gave me $15.00 CR return minus $5.99 CREDIT RETURNED ON A 30.00 ITEM WAS $9.00 SO I HAD 2 ONE FOR CHIRSTMAS AND ONE THEIR ERROR. WAS SUPPOSED TO GET CREDIT FOR SHIPPING $5.99 EACH NOW I HAVE TO CALL AGAIN TO FIND OUT WHY THEY DID NOT AT LEAST GIVE THE 5.99 EACH WHICH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THEY WOULD CREDIT. I AM HANDICAPPED AND CAN NOT GET TO STORE... ANYWAY 45 MIN MINIMUM TO CLOSEST 21 STORE.

    Very bad service. The salespeople in the stores are mean and rude. This company employs very incompetent people. But it's not surprising because their salaries are very low. This is just stingy company! I feel sorry for the employees of this company!

    Horrible. I ordered online end of November to be sure to be delivered on time for Christmas. It's been now 17 days and I'm still waiting. And I won't be delivered on time for Christmas. Please avoid them!

    Undelivered order nightmare

    Undelivered order nightmare I purchased an item online paid for shipping and that was the easiest thing to do. After that it was all a nightmare! A couple of days later I received a tracking number with a company name called “Deliver it” never heard of before. Horrible service. They marked order attempted. I was home all day nobody came for a delivery. I called Forever21 and customer service told me to look up the shippers phone number to call and follow up…? I looked them up online found an email for this company I contacted them and they responded by saying that they had 10 days to deliver the order even if tracking said order was out for delivery. I waited a couple of weeks order showed was returned to sender. I called back Forever21 to simply ask for a refund. Customer service told me to wait another couple of weeks since returned item was at their warehouse. I was in disbelief! but should’ve read reviews before ordering now I’m never ever ordering from them again period!

    Shady review practices

    I bought a pair of high shine tights. They were listed as final sale but looked cute and there were no negative reviews so I bought them. They were horrible no stretch (and I have super skinny legs) the seam ripped the first time I was putting them on causing a hole. They were final sale so I never got to wear them and am just beat out of 9 bucks. I tried to post a review to warn others and they didn't publish it which leads me to believe they've done this before and had I know of the issue I wouldn't have purchased. Very shady
