    I have read that the red cross have refused to supply life saving medicines to the people in the Donbass in Ukraine , stating an unstable situation there , the reality is not unstable but Russian controlled and peaceful because it has been liberated , the red cross are sanctioning rusian speaking Ukrainians, disgusting .
