Furious!!!! WORST COMPANY EVER. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I paid off my account and they haven’t update my credit score. Ive contacted them and as per usual you cant get in touch with them and they don’t reply via the site. I have told them to make sure my credit score is updated otherwise I will sue them. Do not tell me to contact you, you need to make it easier for your customers now you’re decided to stop accepting emails. Why would I bother. You’re a disgrace. I ordered stuff from them I then went into locKdown couldn’t get hold of anything to help me to arrange a collection all I got was ‘we can’t deal with your query please try something else’. What a joke I have to break lockdown go return my parcel because they have taken alway the facility to contact them. DO NOT TAKE ANY NOTICE OF OMAR OF ANYONE ELSE WHO REPIES THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO SAVE FACE. They are a disgrace to people in this pandemic!!!!!! So not helpful.

recieved a rather dodgy supposidly brand new coffee machine that blew my electrics called them the following day to say it was being returned as could of caused a fire and would like a refund as it faulty obviously and yes you have guessed it still no refund ive proof its been delivered and accepted yet after being fobbed off again and again rather than give me my money back their saying its lost where ? in your building even after posting on media platforms i get an automated response do any humans actually work at very or are they all autobots

Further to my previous saga trying to resolve my complaint with Very, which has been ongoing for months now, I just finally got a response via a complaint logged with Resolver on 22nd April after failing to get anywhere with Very directly and although they claimed to know nothing about my complaints (via the account, in writing and via Resolver) they gave me an email address to reply to. So I did and as yet no answer but I think for the common good EVERYONE should have this address without the performance I had getting it. Their email address for complaints is Triage1 'at' theverygroup.com which took me 10 weeks to obtain so feel free to use it liberally!

Bad Customer Service
I purchased an item about a month ago. I asked for it to be dropped off at the local collect point. I couldn't pick it up due to family reasons. The product was returned and was told i should expect a refund with 14 working days. 14 working days has passed and then told it would be a further 3 working days after chasing it up. 3 more working days pass and still no refund. I have chased this up again. This is not a good service to use. I will avoid using this company from now on.
