Shops are atrocious staff are quite Hostile and confrontational they offer customers a cup of tea to make them stay on the Apparent rigged FOBTS, never seen anyone win anything out of them,on a final point the shops are less busy because i think in reality customers are waking up to how poor they operate

Ladbrokes massive TV advert lures punters in with promises of free Instant spin daily prizes, don’t be fouled by this con. The Instant spin wheel has 6 sections, 5 prizes and one No Win and in the last 7 days I have hit the No Win section 5 times the odds of hitting that same section 5/7 must be astronomical, the other two days I’ve hit one free spin on a game and one bingo ticket and guess what, yip I’ve won nothing with either of these two.Update, today again I hit the ‘No Win’ section of the wheel that’s 6 out of 8 days including the last 5 days in a row, strange I’ve never hit the £100 section even once in playing for over 6 months everyday.

Worst online gaming site ever. I have played most of the online gaming sites and have to say that Ladbrokes is by far the worst. Few if any payouts on the slots, features non existant and custermer service terrible. Total Rip Off. take my advice if you are going to play online slots, DON'T USE LADBROKES

If i could give it no stars i would, theres so much wrong with this place, between the unhealthy work environment which includes rats in the ceiling and leaks everywhere to customers verbally and physically abusing staff while the managers do nothing about it, staff safety is at the very bottom as priority for this company it actually just does not exist, theres absolutely 0 incentives whatsoever for customer service managers while the line managers and above all have bonuses. Theres 0 work-life balance, even when you try to come up with certain changes that would improve that they just feed you made up rules they made up, but when it suits them as a company they dont hesitate to smash those same rules to a million pieces. I wish i had the money to sue them but it just shows that no matter what moneys gets you everything even modern day slavery! Never get close to this place if you value your soul even a little!

Hi after all the negative comments on here I would just like to say that I have just been into a store on Belmont Road bolton and was served by an amazing young man named John. Have never been in a betting shop on my whole life but my husband just had an operation and asked me to pop in for his weekly bets as this is not somthing I wanted to do I was really nervous. As soon as I walked in he welcomed me and asked how could he help as I looked lost ha ha he was amazing was with me for 20 minutes one to one and helped me through everything I needed I even had a game of bingo while I was there after he showed me how simple it was. He really was amazing and would love ladbrokes to contact him to tell him keep up the good work. Thank you Mrs hendley

**** Do not use this site for playing slots, ridiculously one sided, payout percentages are virtually nil, i don't expect to win constantly, but this doesn't even offer entertainment value, you just lose and lose again!!

Brilliant

Brilliant can't fault them in anyway. Great promos, the app is easy to navigate. No hidden T&Cs like some. Ladbrokes my now go to betting company.

Fairest site out there in my opinion

Fairest site out there in my opinion. Great range of slot games. Withdrawal times usually a couple hours. Definitely not the worst but could be better!

Ladbrokes have just taken £900

Ladbrokes have just taken £900 from my account leaving me severely overdrawn. Apparently I made the deposit over 3 weeks ago but it’s only just leaving my bank now. No pending transactions, no issues before and just randomly deduct me £900. Customer service were useless on chat, Saying there is an issue with lots customers affected. Lack of empathy and basically told to wait for an email when they resolve this issue. It doesn’t help me get my £900 back and they couldn’t wait to get off the chat. I’ve got screenshots and will be reporting them.
