    DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP

I called to cancel my membership over 2 months ago. Today I was charged for a membership. When I called I was informed refunds take a week. They admitted it was their mistake, but they have to go through the refund process

    I purchased 4 Goodyear eagle tires…

I purchased 4 Goodyear eagle tires online and paid the install/mounting fee for 4 tires along with the tires price. I set an appointment and took my car in. tires were mounted and I drove the car home. I later noticed that the front tire was flat. They also scratched an expensive set of black rims in the process by not using the proper attachments. As I attempted to inflate the tire it could be heard that the tire was leaking from the valve stem so another appointment was set. I had to remove the tire from the car and take the loose to the Sam's club. The attendants were not to eager to get started on taking a look at the tire, even though I had an appointment. When it was longer than the time they told me it would take to repair the tire I went up to ask why the tire was not being looked at. I was informed that the valve stem was defective and that Sams does not include new valve stems when customers buy new tires. I thought that was strange in that Discount tire and Costco both change the valve stems when new tires are purchased. I told the tech that maybe they had damaged the valve stem when they removed the old tire and installed the new tire. They did change out the valve stem after some comments about service was discussed. They could have just quickly changed out the inexpensive valve stem and apologized for the inconvenience of me having to take off the tire and bring it back. Discount Tire will change out my valve stems even though I purchased tires at Sam's. How sad. Beware of where you purchase tires. I never heard back from Sam's after my initial concern.

    I have a sams club and costco…

I have a sams club and costco membership. I have given chance after chance for Sams to redeem the extreme lack of getting it right when I place pick up and delivery orders. I am DONE. I am FED UP and I am not going to renew my membership and cancelling my credit card acct. If you have an issue you can NEVER EVER reach anyone on the phone. They miss items and never include the chicken with either orders and claim they have no chicken NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOUR ORDER IS PLACED, DELIVERED OR PICKED UP YOU NEVER HAVE ROTISSERIES BUT I WALK IN AND THE RACKS ARE FULL!!!! Nothing but laziness and lack of professionalism AAAAND they dont even take it off the receipt....I HAVE HAD TO REQUEST REFUNDS EVERY TIME!!!

    I bought a Enzo Bookcase stand Sunday…

I bought a Enzo Bookcase stand Sunday March 23rd from Sam's Club in McDonough GA I even rented a cargo van to pickup and take home myself. Even though I didn't buy protection plan I feel it should be covered for at least 30 days if there's any problem you can reach out to Sam's and they'll come fix the problem. My stand on the left side it's defective and doesn't stay open when you open the door both top and bottom same problem. The right side is good. I contacted the manufacturer 800# that is on the Assembly Booklet they said they don't do that they only deliver missing parts if it need one they advise I should contact Sam's Club I did and they said I can only bring it back. Do they even care for any person who had definitely spent so much money in the $600 figures and I'm a female me and my friend struggled with the item to even get it into my sunroom which is where I wanted it. It's heavy and no joke to lift this item up with only 2 people. The least Sam's Club can do is give you a 30-60 day free warranty and have a handyman come down repair or adjust the doors. Smh. I guess I'll hire my own handyman., "No I cannot lift it up then rent another cargo van and bring it back. You'll not even caring. Is not cheap money to me for this item.

A few words from a satisfied customer.

To the writer's that have negative comments about experiences at SAM's, I have a few words as a very satisfied customer, I ask you to give SAM's Club another chance. I had a misunderstood situation that I opted up to the manager and he made it right. That is what you want from a place that you shop at. No place is perfect but that manager turned that around to my satisfaction and I am now convinced to speak out on their behalf.

    Sam's makes things so difficult

Sam's makes things so difficult, from getting signed up, getting the credit card, linking the credit card, using the credit card with your membership, using built-in face recognition with your phone etc. The total experience at Costco is just better.

    No comparison to Costco

Have been Costco member for many years. Recently moved to where there are no Costco's. Figured we'd try Sam's Club. It's nothing more than a glorified Walmart. Won't be re-newing our Sam's Club membership next year- that's for sure.
