Expired voucher but I got help really fast from customer support
I purchased an expired voucher from a third party website but Mark helped me validate the voucher so I could have access to premium membership. And this happened in just a few hours after I completed my order with that third party website, so great and fast response from sitepoint support. Thanks

Blind leading the blind
This review is written on behalf of individuals running the community forum. Take everything said on the community forum with a grain of salt. The community is run by authoritarians who play programmers but lack professional experience. These individuals are heavily biased to outdated technology and practices. Opposition to their small minded way of thinking is likely to lead to a ban. Unless you want to wake up one day unable to login without reason stay away. I would also recommend boycotting the books and resources considering Sitepoint HQ condones this type of abusive, bullying behavior by staff members.

These guys are a scam
These guys are a scam. I signed up because they offered me an HTML5 and CSS 3 book and they basically only allowed me to access it using their dashboard. What a bad bad experience. They should make that known upfront.

Vorsicht, hier werden die Kunden nur unverschämt betrogen!
Das Unternehmen gehört mit Sicherheit zu den Schlechtesten, auf die ich bisher getroffen bin! Ich habe das noch nie erlebt, dass eine Firma die Kunden so ohne die geringsten Hemmungen für dumm verkauft und über den Tisch zieht. Ich habe am 30.11. 2020 eine Mail erhalten, wo das Angebot gemacht wurde, zwei Jahre Nutzung für den Preis eines Jahres. Darauf bin ich eingegangen und habe die verlangte Summe bezahlt. Am nächsten Tag kam eine Mail von einem oder einer Kishen - wohl einer der vielen Bots in der "Firma"... Natürlich nur Zugang für ein Jahr... Die zweite Mail sollte dann innerhalb 24Std. kommen, mit Bestätigung für zweites Jahr. Natürlich ist diese Mail nie gekommen! Seit einer Woche versuche ich jetzt mit denen in Kontakt zu kommen - keine Chance! Man landet immer bei irgendwelchen Bots... Die wissen wohl genau, was der Kunde will, stellen sich tot und ignorieren jede Nachricht, dafür kommt aber zwei bis drei Mal am Tag Werbung, trotz meiner Abmeldung! Zwar bekomme ich auf meine Mails immer von irgendwelchen automatischen Systemen die Nachricht, dass ich innerhalb 24 Stunden eine Antwort erhalte, aber Antwort habe ich bis heute keine, trotz sieben(!) Versuchen von mir! Wenn möglich, würde ich denen gern 5 Sterne abziehen, da ist einer schon viel zu viel! Nun ist mein Gedanke, wenn ich schon das Pech habe, so betrogen worden zu sein, kann ich hier nun wenigstens andere User warnen, dass sie nicht ebenfalls so reinfallen! Für mich ist das sinnlos, das Geld ist weg ohne das die Gegenleistung wie vereinbart erbracht wird, das kann ich mit Sicherheit vergessen! Nachdem ich die restlichen Bewertungen hier gesehen habe ist mir Alles klar... Torsten W.

I signed up and paid fee. They advised I could link my payment email to my Google account. However after doing that I couldn’t log in and they would not resolve it. Hence lost my fee money. A rip off so avoid at all costs.

The greatness of their service is dwarfed by how awful their customer support is. I paid for a subscription that I never received. I was told 10 days ago they would look into it and I'm still waiting. They have been ignoring my emails. Luckily I paid with Paypal. The worst experience I've had in years

I purchased 2 premium membership with a promise of voucher for second membership. I have not received voucher nor do they answer emails. I been asking for 5 plus days. I email them everyday. This was a company purchase and I hate to cancel but it maybe necessary. The lie and appear to be a rip-off company. False advertisement! I would give them minus a star

One of the first forums I ever visited in my life, I love every minute of it really with everything like it provides anyway. Do hope for better though, it also had market place in it, now it's standalone product anyway like Flippa.com, sounds cool;)
