Charge us 45kr to telling us we have

Charge us 45kr to telling us we have paid and owe them 0kr.What a scam! They found a way to charge us 45kr when we owe them nothing! We deposited 1000kr as told by Tele2, and they deduct our monthly payment, to avoid paper notice - we always have a credit. Owe them nothing!Buuut! They mail us a paper invoice to tell us we owe them nothing. And they charge us 45kr for *that*.What a joke! You can't escape - we've called to complain for 3 months. They *always* send the paper letter, so you'll always get charged. Do you see the trap? They don't use Email! What a mess up, and what a scam!!! AVOID Tele2.

    Worst company, Pro scammers.

Worst company, Pro scammers.it deserves 0 stars. not even 1.If you are reading this. Please do not buy any services from Tele2 and by any chance, you are a customer of Tele2. please please get rid of it as soon as possible. there are a lot of better services out there. If you are thinking of buying Don't fall for their low prices and free goodies. It's a scam they will onboard you with fewer fees and will charge you for services that you don't use.they will delay sending the devices or delay fixing technical issues and you still pay for the service that you did not use. you end up paying more money than what you promisedand do not receive any calls from iSales specifically from this number 0755587581. they are even worse they work for Tele2 and will sell you anything, promising free goodies. and will lure you to sign an agreement that generally no one reads. and you will end up paying for services you never ordered.Be aware of the binding period of your services. Tele2 is an expert in scamming people with a binding period. In my case, they scammed me with a TV subscription First they did not send any device. but they remember to send an invoice. when I asked to fix my invoice they said they can't do anything. and when I ask them to cancel the subscription they said you have a binding period of 2 years. without a device, I can't even use the subscription. and now when I cancel I will have to pay for 2 years upfront. which is more than 5000 SEK. for the service I will not use.Disappointed.

I took over the services of a previous

I took over the services of a previous owner in order to make everything as smooth as possible - thinking I could then cancel or downgrade to my needs. Don't ever make this mistake! Once you take over a service you will not be counted as a new customer, you will however be stuck with the services for 24 months with no way out. So although you technically are a new customer you will not get the benefit of being one. If I had not taken over the services I would have been able to choose based on my needs. There is no help from customer service. They simply do not care. You are just money to them.In general I think the customer should have way more rights when it comes to these services. If there was an actual physical product I could understand, but since it is just a matter of turning off the services to Tele2 it makes zero sense. I will not recommend this company and I will end my services after the fixed rate period ends.

    Ridiculously substandard company

Ridiculously substandard company. They provide a so called “Surf guarantee” on their website but they don’t work on weekends, so if your internet goes down, there’s nothing you can do about it. Great way to guarantee something - isn’t it?

    Abusive and lying

they abuse people and lie to them over the phone. I explicitly said I want to cancel an offer and they said they could not do it and I should do it simply by answering an email which is wrong. The email sent me to download a form and send it by post or make a call

    Horrible company

Horrible company, won't even answer my emails. I have moved out of Sweden and want to cancel my account. Asked how I do this for two weeks, with no answer. seems they just want to steal my money for an account I no longer need, or can use.

    Walk away from Tele2 NL!

Unfortunately, I will have to agree with other reviewers on this platform.. Tele2 is totally unreliable and so far the worst company I have ever talked to when it comes to customer experience! The story of my unpleasant experience goes as following. I signed up for a contract with Tele2 on March 1st. After a lot of phone calls with the Front-end customer service team and unresponsive attitude of the technical team of Tele2, I managed to get a KPN technician to have a look at the cables of the internet connection (Tele2 don't have their own cables), on April 22nd! I managed to get internet in my apartment (the TV connection doesn't work still as I write) by moving the modem outside my apartment (!). After the bad experience I have had with Tele2 and the fact that still my TV connection doesn't work, I decided to cancel the contract and go to a different provider, a reliable one. Not only did I have to pay for 2 months of service I never used, I also got requested to pay for a cancellation fine of 178.93 euros. Needless to say, they don't reimburse the 2 months, nor do they negotiate the cancellation fee. So in a nutshell, walk away from doing any business with them! Unreliable, knowledge-less and insufficient customer service. You'll regret it!

The story of getting an internet connection with Tele2 NL

While this is a one star review I would like to say that the internet connection is very reliable and the customer service is very polite and professional. The reason for the low score was because of the process of setting up the connection. I was supposed to have a Wi-fi connection on the 7th of January, but due to mistakes along the way the connection was established on the 18th of February. The most comical mistake occurred first. 7th of January I received a message that I could now plug in the router and connect to the internet. Nothing happened. While eating my breakfast my downstairs neighbor knocks on the door to let me know that he got of the phone with his internet provider. He had been disconnected from his connection and gotten mine instead. I lend him my modem which worked on the connection and called Tele2. We worked out that a connection would be established at my place on the 15th of January (I think. I think they said 8 days). They did keep the connection open to my downstairs neighbor until then. Once again, I received the message in the morning, connected the modem I had gotten back from my neighbor, and still nothing. No connection. I called them asking if they had made the mistake again, but they said everything should be working. They would send out a mechanic to look at it. The employee said I would receive a message where I could pick what time would be best for me within 24 hours. I never got this text. I called the next day around noon saying that I hadn’t received the message, but the person told me to be patient (not the response I wanted to hear after the gross incompetence I had been putting up with). I called them again later and they arranged to send a mechanic. The mechanic from KPN was very competent polite and helpful. For my trouble I received 3 euros off my monthly bill.
