Tickets issued to old address
I realised I still had an old address registered on this site and tickets were likely to go to the wrong location. Ticket line confirmed tickets had already been issued and that they could cancel these and reissue as e-tickets. They did this really quickly and politely. Great

I've been trying for days to make final payment on installments, as my card number has changed. This has proved impossible. Number on the website fails, or other numbers engaged tone. All. the. time

No Response to enquiries
I have being trying to contact Ticketline by email and telephone over the last few weeks as I want to upgrade my tickets. I have filled out their customer service query form and had a confirmation to say they will quickly answer my enquiry - that is dated 31st May 2022. still no response. Their telephone line is constantly engaged. Festival organisers do not use this company - they are wasting your money.
