High quality, well priced products with great customer support
Over the years, I have bought multiple effects and VST's from UVI. I think they have a good selection of high quality and well priced audio products. They also have an excellent customer support. When I ran into problems with one of the VSTs the customer support resolved this for me within hours.

IRCAM Solo Instruments 2 The Quality of soundware is questionable. Their support? Five days since my first submission. Still waiting! Update! The solution was not exactly what I did hope for, but it is okay! Within 48 hours, a tech guy was on the problem.
