Finally found what I needed
It is very cool and after a month of trying out every solution I could I decided to pay for you. That may sound trivial, but for me with over 20 years in marketing and design it is a big compliment. If I paid for everything I have tried I would spend most my day canceling subscriptions and probably lose my job. I have not need to yet but I will hit a roadblock, so please keep communication lines open. Have a blessed day.

Very nice and useful tool for creating
A lot of intresting templates/ After I ise it in my presentations, my youtubechannel - it lift my attracive, as a specialist on high level. because visual information important for this. Its cost fo this money, I think. But, maybe, I would prefer to pay only for few projects in 1080/2k/4k - for my work I really found just few of templates - I don't need more. And pay subscription plan fo my budget is too expensive. Thanks Videobolt team and Branco personally!

This company is legit! Transparent pricing and worth every penny for my video making needs. For someone with some music production skills but very little video making abilities, their templates are very easy to modify and customize to my projects and are extremely stunning visually!

Could not save
I started doing some editing. I had to stop for about 30mn. I just left the tab opened in the browser. I then resumed, and finish my project, hit save, and an error message kept coming, I tried: Overwrite, save as. NOthing could do. Just lost 2 hours.

Had to Cancel Twice, No Refund
I recently tried our VideoBolt for our project, which went okay and after around two weeks we decided to cancel our subscription upon renewal date we were charged again, and after logging into my account my subscription seemed to be active again and I had to cancel again. After contacting support I was simply told how the terms of service doesn’t allow for refunds and how a subscription works which is quite crazy considering I’m fully aware how a subscription works and I explained that to them. They then asked for a cancellation email, however the system never sent me one the only one I had was for the second cancellation which I forwarded at their request and was simply told, how a subscription works again and since I don’t have a cancellation email for first they won’t offer a refund. Stay well away from this company, as now I have to spend time seeking alternative legal action against VideoBolt to get my money back and from other reviews appears other reviewers have experienced the same issue. Very poor service.

Deceptive pricing and membership.
My son is 16. Was excited to use this site for a new philanthropic project he was putting together for seniors in our community. When you join it offers you monthly memberships and in very small print tells you it will be a full year charged up front. It very intentionally is intended to deceive like many things on the web these days. My son emails them as their site offers a downgraded membership back to monthly which my son requested. Even explaining he is a student as does not have the $300 for this in budget. So there is no downgraded membership. The advertisement of such is deceptive. . They keep the 300 and after a year the chargers will return to monthly. I have reached out to the company to asked them to just do the right thing, charge the kids monthly, and we will keep the membership. But let the kids/and high school club / pay monthly. We will see what happens. I’ll update the review once we reach the end of this discussion. (Update : the company was unmoved by the plight of the kids and denied the downgrade to a monthly membership. My son will have to pay the club back for the difference. Hard lesson for him but at the end of the day Videobolts commerce set up is VERY INTENTIONALLY DECEIVING. The reviews are very concerning. We are clearly not the first. If you have a good product and service you should not need to deceive to get paid. We were happy to join. And now we feel we have to warn others. Why couldn’t it have been good enough to get nearly $30 per month from these kids ? For those that want to still give the company a try, when you are on their membership purchase page, there is a tiny toggle switch at the top. One side says annual one side says monthly, but both pages advertise a monthly membership… Be very careful to notice this small toggle switch and move it to monthly or else they will bill you and hide behind a miscellaneous policy in order to not refund you.

They lied about monthly payments and took yearly payment - denying the refund. I am going to issue it futher, but I recommend to stay away.

They advertise that you can use their webapp for free, with the implication that there's a higher paid tier version, but after creating a project and try to export, is when you find out they only allow you to download if you sign up to one of their overpriced subscription tiers, and there was never a free tier option... It's the same as a grocery store offering free cookie samples, then telling you if you want to eat the sample, you have to buy a box. Almost every webapp which has to trick people into buying their service this way has a tendency to be of poor quality and has a dozen better options.
