Je souhaite également conforté les avis négatifs déjà déposé. Je possède une imprimante xerox à Toner.La premier Toner de la marque xerox aucun problème. Aujourd'hui plus de garantie et je monte un autre Toner de la marque et la plus de fonctionnalités. Le service client me dit vous n'avez pas pris d'abonnement en contrat de maintenance et garantie passé donc plus possible d'imprimer. Forme d'obsolessance programmé qui coûte le prix l'imprimante 378€. Donc fuyez

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
This is the worse company in the world, I employ you not to buy their products. I have had a printer which we spent over 1,000 Pounds for and it never worked properly. We requested technical support which they waited until the 1 year support ran out and then charged us 500 pounds for a call out. I have been waiting over 1 year for someone to come and fix the printer, but guest what? NO ONE CAME!!!! after completing 2 forms and waiting 15 months.

XEROX C315 Simply the worst printer I have ever owned. It jams constantly on good quality paper (its worse on cheap paper). Re-instal the printer driver every other week. Colour mangement is not great. In short, by anything but a XEROX.

Absolute bad joke of a company to deal with. Printer was delayed then didn't the right attachment, wrong incomplete software etc. Even now when we're finaly got it going there's constant delays with Toners and when you call them they're absolutely pathetic at getting issue resolve. Only thing they're good at is over charging.

Almost 16 years with leasing Xerox device's and in the end they stopped me earning money as they made my device end of life with no warning. Don't use them as they will make life hell for you and your

If anyone can join the fight please get in touch.google Ashley court care, Llanelli for contact We had a lease for phones with xerox but via a third party telecom provider called 4comm. 4comm breached contract and so we had to cancel this, as they had breached, they were willing for us to go with no penalty. But then xerox were coming after us. The phones we leased were made only specific to 4comm, so are now obsolete. We sent them back and then they said they wanted £20k termination. The phones are worth only £230 brand new and we only had 4 of them, so this is not a real representation of their losses plus they have had the phones back. They have now put a winding down order against our company. A company we have run for 10 years, a family company that is our sole income. That my parents started before me, that will be my kids when they get older. They want to liquidate us over £20k. We have now got a solicitor but I am pleading for anyone who can help or is in the situation to join the fight or share information. Xerox are bullies and we need to put a stop to it.

I've been trying to get service on a printer for two Months. After many hours across multiple days, I finally managed to get a cost for the repair but I have no way of booking it in. I've email the 'back office' multiple times with no reply. when you call the tech support team, all they can do is the same - they don't seem to get a response either. I will not be purchasing Xerox printers for my businesses going forward as the after care service is horrendous.

If I could give a zero
If I could give a zero, I would. I have an older machine which works great until Xerox pushes updates which takes my machine down and then you have to wait for new toners or a tech for days who takes even more days so you are down for two weeks or so. They want you to buy a new machine! NOT A HAPPY OR SATISFIED CUSTOMER
