Incredibly helpful staff who went way…
Incredibly helpful staff who went way beyond what I'd expect. I bought some mugs and one was chipped. I lost my receipt but the staff were as helpful as possible and the manager helped to locate my purchase, refunded and ordered another two in case one of the replacements was chipped. Gave me extra time to collect and checked before I left with the replacement. Staff at this Argos are always really helpful. Thank you!

When FREE delivery isn’t FREE!
Not happy having just placed a large order. Ordered three items, total being £235 but then unable to proceed with payment unless I chose a delivery option each one being £5.95. I proceeded due to the urgent need of items ordered (medical) despite Argos site “saying” orders over £100 FREE delivery! I have given a feedback but unable to find where to contact Argos easily. Very frustrating. A small amount but not honest business practice.

Went to return the dog bed with labels…
Went to return the dog bed with labels attached due to my dog not wanting to go on the bed and they refused due to it not being in the plastic bag due to hygiene. Discussing to say how expensive it is and my dog refusing to use it. Will not use Argos again. Makes me laugh how you can take a dog into a pet shop buy any product in there or try it on and they say you can return if it doesn’t fit or not for you that’s still hygiene is it not and I don’t know a pet shop that refuse’s dogs in the shop

The product first time did have to be replaced due to damage done before it arrived, but argos was so good about the whole thing and replaced the product as soon as they could,and the replacement was exactly what I ordered and expected. The delivery drivers was very friendly and helpful nothing seemed to much for them so polite cheerful , yet proffessional .
