    never delivers, only leaves the red paper

    I have repeatedly observed PDP showing up with only a stack of red papers and no actual packages to deliver in the neighborhood. This behavior has occurred multiple times, raising concerns about their practices. In my experience, this company appears to operate dishonestly

    Terrible Purchasing Experience

    Terrible customer service/website/experience with purchasing their wireless guitar that’s hard to come by. They cancelled my order with no reason? Then weeks later claimed my purchase as a reseller. This was in fact not true. Avoid purchasing directly from these folks. Purchase from a major retailer instead. I should have read these reviews before purchasing. Buyer beware.

    Absolutely no customer support. Waiting for a replacement controller which was allegedly sent 6 months ago. Ignoring follow up emails and contact forms. Disgraceful to treat customers who purchase their hardware which regularly breaks down after a few months

    No customer service

    My Afterglow Wave Wireless Controller for my switch started having issues with the battery where it's acting like it's fully charged and then flashing red like it's about to die and I just never know what the battery is at until it shuts off. I've only had the controller for 7 months so I decided to reach out to pdp support to use my warranty. Their phone lines are down and they aren't responding to any emails made through their websites support even though its been almost 2 weeks. I don't think I will be making any more purchases of pdp products.

    Advertising FAKE promo on their xbox…

    Advertising FAKE promo on their xbox controllers for 1 month Xbox Gamepass ultimate for free but you never receive the code, ever. Provide the info they want then they want it another way just to be awkward. Customer services are quick to respond but its just repeated blah blah blah. AVOID THIS HALF AR**D OUTFIT & SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS.

    Absolutely stinking company

    Absolutely stinking company. Supply software Victrix hub. Connect your controller to it as instructed. Without ANY OPTION to select yes or no the app starts a Firmware update. Halfway through this update it crashes. Your controller is no A BRICK. I've sent a dozen messages asking for a solution. EVERY SINGLE ONE HAS BEEN IGNORED. this is NOT a one off. Loads of Google reports of this and it's happened to 3 controllers in my household. Each one returned to the seller for a replacement. So they sell a controller for well over £150 and a PC APP that simply DOES NOT WORK. I'm a verified trust pilot reviewer. DON'T BUY THESE CONTROLLERS.

    Worst customer service I've ever dealt…

    Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I've been trying to get my refund for nearly 8 months now and they keep ignoring emails. I had to jump through so many hoops and finally they asked me to send back the controller because it wasn't working after 2 months. That was back in August and it's Jan 2024!!! They keep giving you excuses as to what not happening and when you chase they just don't respond. Worth company I've ever dealt with...spend your money elsewhere and keep clear of anything they do.

    Their controllers are great if you want a bad controller. They don’t even last 2 months without some sort of problem. I advise spending a bit more money on a better controller than the pdp controllers. Would not recommend unless on a budget.

    Impossible Hoops to jump through by Customer Service

    Bought an Xbox gamin headset for my son. The microphone stopped working after 9 months. I contacted Customer Service and got a series of things to check back from them (this is OK as I understand they have to check the item is actually defective). This was done in two separate emails which I thought was a little odd. Then a request came for a SINGLE photograph of the defective item, the case number AND the receipt which showed the name and address of the store AND the date of purchase SHOWN CLEARLY. To actually do this is impossible in a single photograph and they know this. This was to take advantage of their 2 year limited warranty. I sent in a photo to try and achieve this - they said it wasn't good enough. They also asked me to send a Google Maps link to my address to them - this was bizarre. It is clear they simply wish to put obstacles in the way to avoid fulfilling their warranty promise. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    Horrible experience - AVOID this brand

    I bought a controller, which broke after a month of light use. Customer service was terrible and refused to send me a replacement or offer a refund. Bad quality, and even worse customer service.
