One of their UIs is broken (which stops me from normal gameplay) but the online support service keeps sending me to unhelpful pre-written help that doesn't apply to my situation. There seems to be no way to contact them about it.

there is no way to contact them no matter if you had a subscription or not. I simply want to ask them to reset my account on 07 so i can enjoy the two games i'm actually paying for

Wanted to pay for membership after a…
Wanted to pay for membership after a long break from runescape. I payed for the membership, but now because of some b*llshit linkage to my google account everything went wrong. i PAYED for my membership, it's charged on my bank account. The website is telling me i have another account???!!! WTF?!.. What i suspect happend... due to the linkage to my google account, there was a blank account for whatever reason on there. And i think it merged with my existing account that is now GONE!? ONTOP OF THIS I CANNOT REACH CUSTOMER SUPPORT BECAUSE THEY ARE TO BUSY! So yeah... years of my life, gone. money? gone. trust in Jagex? gone.

stolen credit cards. corrupt jmods. i kid you not there was even the "mafia"and extortion going on in the game. the player mods r extremely unhelpful even to trusted players. so before making a account they may ban u for no reason at all after u spent thousands of hours on their game. those reasons are why i give it a 1/5 would give less if i could. modteam is incredibly unhelpful lol..

Play a rsps instead way more enjoyable. Jagexs support team is dog sheit like no other.
The grind is brain numbing but can be enjoyable some how. But other than that jagex is the worst gaming company out there. My acc was locked for reasons of on their end and they didn’t even bother to reply. So don’t make a Ironman. mine had a tbow and they basically r telling me to go f myself. Jagex is a horrible company. Customer support is dog shit too. Play a rsps if anything way more enjoyable.

No group content for end-game
Zero development for end-game content for their most loyal playerbase. Dead ass game once you reach max combat and do a little bit of everything. All day add to the game is single player content, no group content what so ever. Last update for group content was ToB in 2018. DONT PLAY OSRS

A subscription to this 20 year old game now costs more than a wow subscription and a xbox/pc game pass subscription, which is crazy.

Deployed overseas for 6 months and I came back to find my account was hijacked and permanently disabled with no chance of appealing the ban, played the game since 2004 banned in 2020, I tried all the different types of appeal online that the forum recommends, even tried twitter & even tried to apologise for "cheating" when it wasn't even me but I guess Jagex have no customer service reps at all since I have never received any feedback from any appeal
