Problemlose Rückerstattung
Habe mir die Erweiterung für Diablo 4 gekauft. Nach kurzem Anspielen habe ich leider das Interesse verloren und eine Rückerstattung angefordert. Habe das Geld innerhalb von Sekunden zurückerhalten. War angenehm überrascht wie schnell und unkompliziert dies war.

Account was suspended for no reason. Filed a ticket wait 3 days still no response you can never get ahold of anyone. It’s always sone trash ai system. Battle.net is fun but has problems logging in.

Battle.net and blizzard as a whole suck so much a$$. They don't often allow refunds when their rubbish product won't even work. If you manage to buy a game off of them which is a stupidly convoluted process they give you a product key and then you have to go through yet another process in order to download the game. I had to create two accounts and install 2 launches to get a game to not even work. Rubbish rubbish rubbish. Why can't they just be more like Steam. You want a game ? Here it is. Buy it. Download it. It works. But no, they are stupid and cash grabby and they don't offer an help at all.
