Awful awful awful - TNT please do your job
I am waiting for a package delivery that was sent on 25 September. Two parts of three turned up but the third has been stuck in TNT depot for two weeks. Everyday I contact them and they tell me "it's been escalated" but still no delivery. TNT please do the decent thing and deliver my package. I am a small business and you are adversely affecting me.

Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless - no updates, no one to conact, says delivery attempted but receiver not home and message left. I was home on both occasions and received no messages nor 'sorry we missed you' card. Requested redelivery and asked to deliver to my neighbour in my absence - same thing! How to receive this parcel??

TNT FedEx are unbelievable
Can't believe that my order has been delayed and had to be re booked three times now. Barking - Time constraint prevented delivery. Delivery at first opportunity since 18.03.2025, well it's Saturday today so I'd thought it could have been delivered today due to their negligence. I can't be expected to take time off work again 8am till 6pm on the hope you make it. This is beyond a joke, I pray i don't have to send items back due to damage up and down from their warehouse and being in transit back and fourth.

Parcel left in full public view in the open very poor for expensive item that could be dangerous if it was picked up by children , no contact asking for confirmation of safe place etc , delivery notes state left in agreed location , who agreed not me, supposed to be delivered on 18th actually deliverd on 20th , but no more than i expect from the second rate services we get now i suppose

Avoid TNT Fedex, an absolute bag of rubbish. Call centre answering from Egypt with poor customer service. TNT tracking shows a couple of attempts which never happened I have ring smart cameras in front of my house, but no one from this company attempted to deliver my expensive parcel, I asked the sender to cancel the order for full refund, really bad experience waste of time

Should have deliverd on 19/03/25 before 1800hrs Acording to their tracking website. Having taken a day off to sign for a high value package they failed to deliver. Web site on 20/03/25 at 0830 said out for delivery, at 1114 website reported "failed to deliver no one at home left a card" Neither of which are true I was in and no card was left My cctv does not show any attempt to deliver. This firm tells lies. I will not deal with them again

Typical crap service, no delivery and excuse is no one home. In fact they couldn't be bothered and left no card along the lines of sorry me missed you etc. I'm not chasing TNT, told the company I've ordered from sort it or order cancelled.

Absolutely useless delivery company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! always claiming that items are out for delivery, then blame natural causes or try and pretend they have attempted to deliver when they absolutely haven’t even been near the area!

Worst Delivery Service – Repeated Failures
I’ve had two terrible experiences with TNT, and I will never trust them with a delivery again. I ordered a high-value item, and not only did they fail to deliver it on time, but their tracking system was completely unreliable. They don’t provide customers with a time slot or even call in advance, making it impossible to plan for the delivery and the parcel was damaged. After an issue with the item, I had to return the parcel via DPD to the company. When the company shipped it back to me—despite my request not to use TNT— they still shipped it to me via TNT. I had the same frustrating experience all over again. First, they missed me at home because they refuse to provide a time slot. Then, on the second attempt, they delivered it to the wrong address and without updating tracking system. To top it off, they promised to deliver it on March 7th by 6 PM, and once again, there was no delivery at all. TNT and Parcelforce are by far the worst courier I have dealt with—unreliable, unprofessional, and completely lacking basic customer service. Avoid them at all costs. I understand other people’s frustration after dealing with TNT.

The worst delivery company I have ever dealt with still waiting for a parcel which never comes it’s only coming round the corner I could carry it here quicker and no updates on my order which was expensive

TNT / FEDEX - COMPLETE RUBBISH
As they're part of FEDEX now i'm leaving a review for both companies. Account manager; non-existent (Jaydeep) Absolute moron. 3 parcels lost so far in 2025, over £1100 worth of goods. Left in bins, left at the wrong location, left AGAINST ALL INSTRUCTION to obtain a signature!!! SHOCKING!!!

Rio is absolutely useless, cannot put his biased aside. Rio should not be allowed to comment on any football game apart from Man United. Even when man United plays he cannot contain his obsession and obvious bias towards them and anyone that that has a rivalry like Man City, Liverpool, Chelsea. Shocking. Email saying parcel would be delivered today. Track and Trace now saying Monday. My strong advice is to encourage customers to check who couriers will be when ordering goods and stay clear if they use TNT or ask them to use a different courier. As Trustpilot asks, I am putting my order number on my complaint form for them to respond, but it seems that TNT do not reply to negative comments or respond. Edit: It's now Monday evening. Still waiting for the goods which were due last Saturday and for which I paid extra for Saturday delivery. Online help was useless, and after finally managing to speak to someone after the issue had been 'elevated', I find out she can do no more than the online help. To add insult to injury, she asked when I would like my goods delivered. She had no conception that they had already failed. Shocking firm, shocking service. STAY CLEAR

Tnt have just collapsed completely in…
Tnt have just collapsed completely in last couple of years making every fundamental customer service error. The personal delivery problems on here are exactly the same in business also. If you use DHL, almost every item will get there on time and you can call and speak to a person at the depots. With tnt they are absorbed that everything needs now custom documents between mainland GB and NI or ROI. So they either keep taking goods back to sender's or asking for taxes and duties even when consignment is marked duty paid. To add to their mess, they instruct all sales people out on an out of office every day so no customers can make contact. Additionally they decided to stop customers, now totally stuck and frustrated being able to go to the one place they could get an answer, the local depot. They made all local depot numbers go to their main non customer service line. Now they have even changed that and you need to chat to a virtual reality person. It seems because they are so poor, they have decided to make customers the ransom. If you ever do speak to a person, they tell you a case numbers is opened and in 24 hrs you will get a response. I've had about 50 of these in last 2 years and never 1 response. Then after endless waits and if your parcel dies arrive they are so stupid, that about 3 days later, they send you an e mail telling you that you have received the item. Do they think people are stupid and don't know that they have something and need to be told???? It's so bad they ask at end of call to stay on for a survey and then they cut you off. I guess it looks good to say you are prepared to offer a survey but I think they cut you off so it's never done. I had 1 item sent to me and too a customer in in NI and ROI last Friday and have arrived in 1 working days on both. From same sites had another sent tnt and the one to me is lost and the one to customer has been stuck and there is no-one to talk too. These guys are just a bunch of fools.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service, next day delivery is now 5 days late and the people in the call centre just repeat “it’s out for delivery” but it never arrives. Call centre closed at exactly the same time as the final delivery time. So once you are certain the parcel won’t arrive you can’t call them.

Awful company. Give you delivery date don’t turn up. Wait over wkend then when check updates it says tried deliver but wasn’t in. Utter rubbish they tried deliver to someone else at totally different address. How incompetent Can only contact through online message and they message delivery centre. No phone number so they say. Absolutely shite. Complained and asked for parcel to be delivered today. Hasn’t turned up. Same company sent me the same parcel 2 end ago same thing happened. Don’t delivery on date they say they will. So in total I have had to wait in 4 days for delivery if 2 separate parcels and as stol not turned up it will be another day tomorrow to wait. Absolutely waste of time. Communication is terrible. Don’t use this company absolutely fuming. How does this company still exist. I didn’t chose these to deliver. But I’m the one who’s time is wasted
