Worst Customer Experience
Need to fix AMC A-List program. Allow for photo verification in the account and use of app to verify the customer. Allow digital student IDs to work. Schools do not issue a physical card anymore. There seems to be a lack of common sense from management all the way down. Three of four family members had physical IDs, but we were told to drive home and get the fourth persons physical ID. Spending $100 a month for this service is 100% unacceptable.

AMC corporate has malpractices when it comes to giftcards. I was given a giftcard for my birthday and the pin was unreadable , so we requested a replacement card 11 weeks ago. We didn't received anything. Our money was stolen and my damaged giftcard has 0 balance. Where the money went.??? Please do not buy any giftcards from this company, they are thieves.

Today I went to AMC at 826 Albion St In Denver. I had the pleasure of dealing with Maggie a Supervisor. I am having an Oscar party and needed two tickets for seniors. She pulled me from the line of customers and said she would be able to help me. She suggested I purchase a gift card because I didn't know what movie they would attend She was such a pleasure to work with and made the experience a true customer satisfaction. She knows customer service

Wrong address
They so called corrected and sent my package to another state, not even the same town name, so I’m connected on how they even got it mixed up. They had 9 days to fix it before it got to the carrier. No resolve. The product is limited and sold out. I can’t even order another. My 16 yo worked hard to pay for the item. I’m praying whoever gets the package returns to sender.

We had to sit through 20 minutes of ads and previews of movies we would never want to see at a grossly increased volume. The movie was great, but I plan on never returning to an AMC theater.

Would not recommend coming to AMC whatsoever our seats were absolutely revolting with popcorn candy and grease all over our seats so we moved and the seats didn’t even work.

Beware of ticketing fees
What people say about their fees for online ticketing is true. I made a mistake on the date when I booked 2 tickets and AMC refunded the tickets but not the fees. This is a stupid policy and the more people know this and avoid online ticketing the better. Maybe AMC will wake up.
