Pics appear to be in black hole in space.

Same complaint as other reviews. Provides good pi tires, but shipping time is ridiculous, and painful when your order goes in a black hole and can't be found.Pictures are priceless because of the memories.I will be requesting a refund for my 185 photos that are 'lost', and will order from Walmart and may pay twice as much, but I will receive all 185. And, they will be in the order I submitted, which is chronological for the albums I am making.

    Absolute worst experience with an

Absolute worst experience with an online company. I spent 2 hours designing a lovely birthday for my friend. Ordered it 10 days in advance. Her birthday is today so I checked order status. It just states delivery incomplete. I went to website to contact, I could only get a robot that couldn’t comprehend delivery status. When it finally did, it said it’s incomplete! So I tried the support email, they responded quickly with a link to their online robot. So I phoned their USA number from Ireland. Guess what, I got another robot, after 5 minutes it transferred me to a human. He confirmed delivery status was incomplete too. He asked me for my details did a lot typing and asked if he could put me on hold after 10 more minutes on hold I had no choice but to hang up. It was only a card, how difficult can that be to ship? I lost money on my order, I have no idea how much the phone call will cost and my friend won’t know how much work and love I put into a gift she never got. Very disappointing.

    Pretty good service

I order quite a bit from them and they usually do really well and everything is delivered in a timely fashion. I will say sometimes items get damaged or never show up, BUT when I contact them they always replace them.

    There's a reason Shutterfly's reviews don't show up...

There's a reason Shutterfly doesn't openly post reviews in Google - because it would show how bad they are. Shipping time is abysmal. Once product finally does ship, it gets passed to USPS and falls into a black hole. Add about 1 week to estimated shipping time. One would hope the wait was worth it, but it's not. Even if you pay for all the extra 'premium' upgrades. Buyer beware.

STAY AWAY from shutter fly Quality sucks now, use someone else

Ordered senior pictures last year and now this year... WOW what a difference. Last year good, this year horrible. Canvas came in all wrinkly, frame don't match last year (skinnier and cheaper) was hoping to have them match. Pictures hang wrong.... etc. What ever quality control they are using (Or changed to) big "F" will not use again. Can't get anybody to talk to fix. more like a scam company now

Shipping time at longer than average

Product quality and prices are average. The delivery time is very long. Will us another company in the future.

Their "free" reprints are not free

Update 4/29/22: Giving them 2 more stars (from 1 star to 3 stars). The prints did arrive! Yippee! Not sure when as I sent them to a PO Box and didn't check it until yesterday. But there my little orange package was! So can't verify when it arrived. It may have even arrived on/before their originally estimated date of 4/22/22. But still deducting stars because of the subpar delivery service they choose to use (UPS Mail Innovations). My tracking is still showing the package stuck between UPS handing it off to USPS on 4/14/22. There is no way to file a claim via UPS since they don't allow that service to file claims. And no way to get to a live customer service person on UPS once you enter a tracking number that doesn't start with 1Z... All not Shutterfly's fault but that's the delivery service they are knowingly choosing. So I would think twice about using Shutterfly for their "free" reprints since there is shipping cost and getting them delivered can be a hassle if they don't show up.____________________________Their "free" reprints are not free! It would be cheaper and faster to order any place else. It is now going onto the 18th day since I've placed my order. The initial delivery date has come and gone and each day I look at the tracking information the estimated delivery date has been updated to the next day. Maybe I will be lucky today and it will finally show up?I ordered 23 reprints on April 9, 2022. The estimated delivery date was April 22, 2022. It is now April 27, 2022. The order was shipped out via UPS Mail Innovations (UPS-MI). Already a red flag there! Reading reviews of UPS-MI I find that my issue of delay of delivery/non-delivery is their standard operations. According to their tracking my package has been stuck in the process of being handed off from UPS to USPS since April 14th (going on it's 13th day as today is April 27):04/14/202211:55 A.M. Shipment tendered to UPS Mail InnovationsPortland, OR, United States04/12/202211:10 A.M. Order information receivedUnited StatesMy "free" reprints cost me $6.32. It would be cheaper at Walgreens with their usual 40% off discount. I may end up having to do the reprints at Walgreens since who knows how much longer my reprints from Shutterfly will take and/or if they will even show up?Anyway, I suggest you stay away from Shutterfly. Their "free" reprints are not free and they use an unreliable delivery service called UPS Mail Innovations which seem to do a bad job handing off packages from UPS to USPS and as a result your package becomes Missing In Action. Also going to UPS and trying to file a claim for a lost package you get the following error message:"Unfortunately, this package type is not eligible for a claim submission. [UPS:E030]"Calling UPS they force you to enter a tracking number before you can go any further. Once they know the package does not start with " 1Z..." there doesn't seem a way to get to a live person. It will only tell you that your package was delivered to a local post office and there is no additional information available. They then refer you to USPS or to the sender. So good luck trying to get any help from UPS!

    FIX SHUTTERFLY!!!

I am in agreement with many previous writers of reviews. For years I have used Shutterfly to make photo books. I have over 80 projects in my account. I had no complaints before and it was always my GO TO way of making books.I am now in the process of creating photo books for my mom who can't take her hundreds of loose leaf albums with her as she moves into an independent living apartment. It has been so incredible frustrating lately. I keep getting messages that activities failed, or have problems even pulling up projects, or saving things I have done... I am almost at the point of going to a competitor because my time is very limited and I have been wasting way to much on these problems. I even called and was told what to do to "fix" my problems with clearing Chrome history and right now, even doing that is having no effect.Fix this or I am gone and my probably 100 photo books to be made gone with me.

    Arianne solved my problem

I called Shutterfly regarding a complicated issue and was fortunate enough to be assigned to ARIENNE.She was easy to understand, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. In a matter of no time she resolved my issue to my complete satisfaction. She is a credit to your company and should be recognized for her qualities.

I used to love Shutterfly for my photo books but not anymore...

I have used Shutterfly for my photo books since 2007, have printed about 60 photos books. Needless to say I have spent a huge amount of hours in my life doing photo books (which I love doing). Even though I might have been frustrated at times by the slow speed of loading/moving pictures, it was always quite user friendly and easy to navigate there website to make nice photo books with plenty of cool options. I am now in complete agreement with the huge number of reviewers who have successfully created photo books in the past and are now completely disgruntled and dissatisfied, calling the new photo book software a disaster. I can not find half of the options we used to have, navigation is a nightmare and display is just too small/not friendly. After trying to make 4 pages several times, I am just giving up, it was time consuming in the past but now it has just become ridiculous.
