I absolutely cannot buy tickets on…
I absolutely cannot buy tickets on their site. I was given a movietickets.com gift card as a birthday present and cannot buy tickets on their website. Customer service was helpful at first. They walked me through the purchase process to make sure I was not doing it incorrectly, then they sent me a replacement gift card number. None of that worked. I still have a $25 balance on the card and cannot spend it. They told me they were having problems with their website, but offered no other solutions. When I asked for a refund, the friendly part of customer service stopped, and they reminded me of the terms of service in which they do not give refunds. If it walks like a scam and talks like a scam... I cannot recommend this service.

I was double-charged when buying a ticket to Avengers: Endgame. It happened because the first time I tried to purchase the ticket it gave me an error message and I got no e-mail. So I tried again and this time it worked. I noticed a few days later on my bank statement that I'd been charged twice so I tried to contact them about it, being perfectly polite and understanding. Three weeks later, I've received no reply. Never buy tickets from movietickets.com, go literally anywhere else.
